Nourishing Winter Salad


This delicious Nourishing Winter Salad brings together all of your favorite winter veggies and fruits into one delicious, paleo-friendly and nutrient dense salad.

Ingredients:
  • ½ acorn squash, baked
  • 1 grilled chicken breast or preferred protein
  • ¼ pomegranate
  • 1 mandarin
  • 1/3 cup sautéed broccoli
  • ¼ cup Original Paleonola
  • 2 cups mesculin or preferred lettuce

Directions:
  1. Add lettuce to a bowl and top with all of the ingredients.
  2. Top with your favorite dressing and enjoy!
