Chocolate Fat Bomb Smoothie


Sugary smoothies lacking in nutrients are a thing of the past. With ingredients like avocado, dates, and cacao powder, smoothies can be one of the most delicious ways to maximize your nutrient intake and get a healthy serving of protein, fat, and carbohydrates!

This Chocolate Fat Bomb smoothie is decadently creamy and, well, the bomb. It's jam-packed with healthy fats that have been shown to help keep us full & focused throughout the day. [1] Fats are best enjoyed in the morning, so enjoy this smoothie after an AM workout to help you feel satiated and energized until your next meal.

Ingredients:
  • 3/4ths of an avocado 
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk 
  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder 
  • 5 dates 
  • ½ frozen banana 
  • 5 small-medium sized ice cubes 
  • Chocolate Fix Paleonola for topping 

Directions: 
  1. Combine all ingredients except Paleonola in a blender until creamy. 
  2. Top smoothie with Chocolate Fix and enjoy!
