The Race Is On

I always have to laugh at some people around this time of year.  It seems that after their new year's resolutions have worn off (around mid February) some people tend to find themselves in a mad scramble towards the end of April to get back in shape.  As the weather begins to change the sense of urgency grows among those who hope to lose a few pounds before beach season begins.  If they would only convert to Paleo eating, this wouldn't happen!

This cycle is one I see way too often and it happens mostly with traditional eaters.  Most Paleo goers never find themselves in a situation like this because there eating style allows them the freedom to feel great throughout the winter months when most people tend to gain weight.  So what is a beach dweller supposed to do?  Take a bunch of hydroxycut and call me in the morning!   JK - Seriously we're just kidding.  It's never too late to make the switch over to the Paleo side and for those who are currently eating Paleo style there's always room to make the appropriate adjustments should you wish to do so.

If you really are interested in making the switch to feel better, there's no better time than the present.  The sun's coming out more and more everyday. (The same sun is out everyday, we just don't see it as much on some days!!)   If you're shallow and only interested in the way you look, then maybe you'll learn a thing or two as a side effect from your paleo experiment.

Whatever the case may be, always start by eliminating ALL grains from your meals and you'll start to see the weight melt off.  If you're craving a healthier snack option to fill the void and keep you sane, try some PALEONOLA with or without coconut milk!
