Blueberry Compote


This simple two ingredient recipe is a great, low sugar topping for breakfasts and snacks. Make in advance and store in the fridge to have throughout the week!

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Directions:
  1. In a medium saucepan, add blueberries and maple syrup. Cook on medium low and slowly reduce until the blueberries are soft and the mixture is thickened. Use to top pancakes, Paleonola, dairy-free yogurt and more!
