Some of the excuses more commonly heard are:
1) I want to enjoy my life
2) You only live once
3) I have a family history of this so i'm bound to get it
4) So and so was the pinnacle of fitness and drop dead at age 26
5) I'm young and it hasn't done anything to me
Are you kidding? Making these excuses is like saying, I have no control over my daily actions. Now i'm not trying to go overboard and get all holy & religious on you and say "everything is in God's hands" (although in the long term I do believe it is) however, you can control what you put in your mouth and your activity level as well. It's time to extend a helping hand and get someone you know on the right track. But how do we go about doing this? It's tough to say hey buddy you're really fat and look like crap so can I help you out. Stay tuned for the how to a little bit later on.
