The best part about having a company blog is the fact that there are no rules, restraints or stunting our thoughts. If we disagree with something that's currently going on in the world, we can feel free to say so. There are many companies out there that are too worried about being politically correct. One of our core beliefs is to be honest first and worry about the consequences later. We've always felt that if we were upfront with our customers and showed them that we have nothing to hide it would benefit everyone in the long run.
We're proud of our product and the natural ingredients we put into every fresh batch. One thing that separates the way we do things from most companies is that we actually practice what we preach. We eat paleo, we snack paleo, we live --- PALEO. We love our product and we promote it with a genuine passion and belief that we're doing something good. We're proud of what we've built and have an intense urge to get it out there. Most of the people who work for some of these mega food companies won't even touch the foods that they're selling. I was disgusted when I came across this posting on how chicken nuggets are produce in fast-food chains:

Tell me, if you were an executive at one of these chains and you knew this was how your product was being produced, would you really sell it to others?....Much less eat it yourself?
Think about that next time you're out and see the glowing lights of a fast food sign. If they're not eating it, why should you?
